“ Before arriving make sure trailer is full of fuel, and clean. I was out in about 2hrs with a live load not bad at all. Washout available right down the road next to Mexican Market La Estrella. ”
“ Allowed in early with guard checking the trailer for fuel level and cleanliness, they put a temporary seal on until they are ready to load. Plenty of room to stage and checking in with shipping office is easy enough. Drop trailer in door and either wait with it or come back for it. The process for letting you know the trailer is loaded and paperwork is ready needs work, after sitting and watching my trailer in door with a green light for quite some time I walked back in the shipping office and my paperwork was sitting on the desk and as soon as I pulled out of the door someone was waiting to seal it up. Don't wait for the spotter to come back and let you know when you're ready to roll because you might be sitting around for a lot longer time than you need to, a phone call would simplyfi all that but they aren't interested in taking down your #. I went ahead and gave 5 stars because you can park overnight and the folks are friendly and easy going. ”
“ I checked in with the security guards and they were very professional and friendly. When I got back to the shipping office I found a young lady working who was very friendly and professional, assigning me a door right away. I dropped my trailer and parked across from it awaiting for it to be loaded. There is a restroom inside the shipping office for the drivers. The yard jockey came over to me approximately 90 minutes later to tell me that my trailer was ready and to go back into the shipping office for my paperwork. They let me stay overnight since I was basically out of hours and really couldn't get anywhere to park. There is a platform scale that you have to use before leaving, just pulled on slowly to get weights, after doing a little subtraction, not to difficult like some reviews show. Overall I found that this is a good place to pick up or deliver to. Everyone from the security guards to the shipping office personnel are professional and friendly. ”

“ We do drop and hook at this location. Pull through the front gate. They check your trailer for fuel and a clean trailer. Pull in road curves left, follow it around to the backside. The shipping office is by door 1. Go in, there is a door strait ahead and to the right. Go into that door to the right. Give pick up number, starts with 18..... they have you drop your empty in the dirt / gravel lot around the corner. It's tight back there, not a lot of spots but doable. Let the yard guy know what trailer / door you're waiting to grab. Park bobtail across from the doors and wait in your truck. They will let you know when your trailer is ready. Go back into shipping and get your paperwork. You can use the scale on your way out. The guard checks your seal and paperwork on the way out. Easy if you're drop and hook, I'm not sure about the live load. ”
“ Was able to drop my trailer and do my 10 hr break. For the most part the people hear are the best. FYI get a washout before showing up. Or if you have some pieces of pallet in your trailer? Sweep it out before showing up. I was told can't sweep out there. Must be swept out off site. Had get trailer washed out for pieces of pallets. New food grade rules. ”
“ I wish all shippers were as pleasant to deal with. 1330 Saturday appointment I showed up at noon was directly put into a door (you are required to disconnect and stage while they load) 13:15 was informed they were finished they require all drivers to scale out (it's a platform scale so you have to calculate your axle weight and the scale is accurate) overall in and out in under 90 minutes very courteous staff would definitely go back. There is no overnight parking however there is the citgo on US117 in Goldsboro 20 minutes away 10 a night (free with 50 gal fuel purchase) ”
